The Two Sides of the Health Care Argument:
"Liberals": Obviously the states have been doing a shit job of providing health care for their uninsured, poor, and dying citizens who can't get it from asshole corporations. So the Federal government should do it instead like with civil liberties, roads, Medicare, and the military.
Republicans: Well fuck the poor because FREEDOM.
